For years my greatest joy has been feeding folks. This is a love of cooking that’s been passed down from generation to generation. What you have in your hands now is one of the finest examples of southern hospitality with a Tex-Mex flare. We’re putting the “Ummmm” back into cornbread. Chuckie’s Cactus Cornbread has finally taken shape in this wonderful baking kit that contains everything you need to spread the joy of cooking good wholesome food with your friends and love ones.

I need to tell you this culinary experience is a long time coming. To find the right baking dish that would excite and please the people you love with a unique muffin shape and state of the art baking material (silicone) has been ten years in the making. My cornbread is nothing less then finest whole grain stone-ground yellow cornmeal produced in the world’s finest mill.

My salsa has taken years to develop with countless recipes to bring to you a unique taste of spices and herbs that enhanced the tender nopalitos cactus found in my unique salsa.

Now it’s time for you to let your culinary spirit soar! I encourage you to feed your soul and venture into a baking experience like no other.
