Chuckie's Original Cactus Cornbread

INGREDIENTS:
1 - 12oz Bag of Chuckie's Cactus Cornbread
1 - 12oz Jar of Chuckie's Cactus Salsa
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Sugar or Sugar Substitute (optional)

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix Chuckie’s Cactus Salsa, milk, eggs and sugar or sugar substitute into a mixing bowl. Fold in Chuckie’s Cactus Cornbread Mix until thoroughly blended. Spoon into Chuckie’s Cactus Silicone Baking Tray Cavities (or greased muffin pan) and place tray onto a baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

YIELDS: 12-2oz. cactus muffins  PREP TIME: 5 Minutes

Chuckie's Smokin' Cactus Cornbread

INGREDIENTS:
1 - 12oz Bag of Chuckie's Cactus Cornbread
1 - 12oz Jar of Chuckie's Cactus Salsa
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 tbsp Sugar or Sugar Substitute (optional)

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix Chuckie’s Cactus Salsa, chili powder, liquid smoke, milk, eggs and sugar or sugar substitute into a mixing bowl. Fold in Chuckie’s Cactus Cornbread Mix until thoroughly blended. Spoon into Chuckie’s Cactus Silicone Baking Tray Cavities (or greased muffin pan) and place tray onto a baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
